By mistake clicked pick up instead or delivery. Requested for delivery but denied. Requested for cancellation so that I can change delivery mode but again denied.

My overall experience was good, taste was good fully worth it 😉 but the one thing is packaging was not good very disappointed ☹️ i mean if you extra charge for it then plz look into it, the cake I received was fully tilt to one side. If I have a option to share photo I ll share. Otherwise I m all satisfied thank you. ☺️

When you call up the Theobroma helpline, there should be a way to get the branch number as I could not geThat from your helpline today and didn't Ustand d reason for it. While v r headin2wards sustainability goals, v shd mak packagin slightly minimal in size lukin at d pastery size. Special mention for Ghatkopar East branch for excellent customer service by Sunny! If there's a next screen would luv to eloborate but feel free to call me to kno more.Keep up the good work!
