Kainaz Messman Harchandrai is the Founder & Creative Director of Theobroma and set up the 1st Theobroma patisserie in 2004. Today Theobroma is a professionally managed pan-India chain of patisseries & cafes.

We offer eggless variants for most of our cakes, pastries and brownies.

Q. How do you order from Theobroma?

Q. How long do Theobroma brownies last?

The shelf life of our brownies is 4 days, if stored in a cool ambient temperature.

Q. How long can I keep your products and how do I store them?

All our products are freshly baked or prepared every day and are free of any preservatives. You can find the shelf life of our products in the descriptions on our website. Our packaged goods including the breads, crackers, cookies have the shelf-life printed on the labels.

Q. Can I microwave Theobroma products before consuming them?

Ideally, our breads should not be microwaved. Our savouries can be grilled or heated in an oven. Our brownies and cakes are best eaten at room temperature – you can remove them from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before consumption.
