At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.

The only problem with this order, is the inability to choose the delivery location correctly. This was the same issue last year also. Please tell your app developers to include a pin drop feature while choosing address. Because the address that we have to provide is not correctly getting mapped. Everytime,I have to ask the delivery person to correct location by contacting them seperately. If the app allowed to drop the location correctly, then it would have been easier for theobroma to share that with the delivery partner and then it would be easier for them to get to us
