I have ordered the Cake through the app but my order was not received in the Kharadi outlet which cause the delay in delivery. I had to call the outlet for delivery. My delivery was supposed to deliver between 9-10 PM but it was delivered at 11:30 PM after my follow up call. Which I felt dissatisfied with the service. Also the delivery person was asking my name 2-3 times . After confirming my name also he had called in my number for verification. Which I felt like They are not trustworthy to the customers.

Pastries got smell of machine rather than taste of creams or chocolate, and I did think in store shopping is less expensive than online order, but its opposite. I paid online 30 rs less than in store payment. You guys need some work on quality
