Extremely Disappointed with the Cake Quality
I ordered a cake expecting good quality for the higher price I paid, but it was a complete letdown. The taste was terrible, and the cake was hard and dry – nothing like what was promised. For the premium price, I expected a fresh and delicious product, but what I received was cheap in quality and not worth the money.
This experience has left me frustrated, and I won’t be ordering again. Such poor quality at a higher cost is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this substandard product. Absolutely disappointed!

Charging extra for packing was not anticipated. Many of the bakers other than yourself never charged it is always included in the price … also for the happy birthday tags … like so next time you will start charging extra for chocolate used in cake or for flour used in cake …. Not happy on this front
