At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.
The pain au chocolat was cold and not very buttery. But I absolutely loved the pastry, it was soo soft and creamy! I also love the packaging!!

*Disappointing Experience: Received Expired Food*
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Theobroma . Despite ordering from them multiple times, my latest delivery contained expired food. When I brought this to their attention, they asked for photos as proof, which I promptly provided. However, they failed to take any further action.
This is unacceptable, especially since I'm paying for food that I expect to be fresh and safe to consume. If they're out of stock or unable to fulfill an order, a simple phone call to inform the customer would be appreciated rather than sending expired products.
As a customer, I'm concerned about my health and wellbeing. I hold [Theobroma] responsible for ensuring the quality of their products. I hope they take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to rectify this issue.
