First you mentioned nowhere that the ordered items will be given in a pre-heated state; meaning, it was taken out from the chiller, packed and shipped straight to me. And second, I ordered for non veg quiche and received veg quiche. When called and checked, you weren’t even apologetic and instead dealt it with such callousness. The quality of any brand starts with their customer service and you just suck at that. Pathetic, and am neither ordering again nor will refer you to any of my friend and relatives.
