Hot chocolate is watery. I asked to make it a little bit thick but they did not do it

The cake was very good and we enjoyed it...it was almost a 5 except that the chocolate costing on top is hard...like a plate. So even after you keep it out for 30-45 min...when you try to cut, you have to put some pressure and that messes the layers beneath. Just a feedback...but a great cake.
